Professional services

By booking, purchasing, or using Revivo Massage services, you agree to these terms and policies. Services are intended for relaxation, stress reduction, recovery, and general wellness. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure medical conditions.

Client responsibilities

Provide accurate health information, including injuries, conditions, sensitivities, and changes that may affect your session. Communicate your comfort level, pressure preferences, and any discomfort. Revivo may refuse or discontinue services when necessary for health, safety, professionalism, or inappropriate behavior.

Appointments and payments

Changes and cancellations follow the cancellation policy. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. Gift cards, prepaid packages, and enhancements are non-refundable unless required by law. Unused prepaid sessions may be transferable unless otherwise specified.

Immersion Experience

The Immersion Experience uses audio, low-frequency haptic stimulation, and optional sensory enhancements for relaxation. You may provide playlist preferences. Participation is voluntary; you may request adjustments or stop an enhancement during the session.

Website information

Revivo aims to keep prices, descriptions, and availability accurate but reserves the right to correct errors or change services and prices without notice. Submitted information is handled according to the privacy policy.

Limitation of liability

By receiving services, clients acknowledge that massage therapy and wellness services involve inherent physical risks and agree to release Revivo Massage from liability except where prohibited by law.
