Cancellation Policy

Appointment changes

Appointments canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice will not be charged a cancellation fee. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged up to 50% of the scheduled service. No-shows or missed appointments without notice may be charged up to 100%.

Late arrivals

Late arrivals may receive a shortened session to respect the next appointment. Full service pricing may still apply.

Packages and gift cards

Prepaid packages, gift cards, and promotional offers are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law. Unused sessions may be transferable unless otherwise specified.

Illness and emergencies

If you feel sick or have symptoms of illness, please reach out as soon as possible to discuss rescheduling. Emergencies and unexpected situations will be handled as fairly and respectfully as possible.
